Ok, so one of the problems we have encountered with getting the painting done is the continuous need for repairing the walls. Why do they not stay fixed? Well, class this is what happens when a drywall piece is nailed into a stud instead of being screwed down. Another possible problem is that the builders didn't even bother to find the studs. I have learned lots of neat things that happen when construction shortcuts go wrong. You can even call this home a "case study" in home construction for me:) Katrina can just call it the daddy daughter date project!
